[EDITOR] - The positioning of comments is buggy

My browser / operating system: Windows NT 10.0, Firefox 89.0, No Flash version detected
–> Seen also on mac/safari

Nearly all is in the topic. Block linked comments positions are not updated when moving their block

How to reproduce the error :

Create a bloc, comment it.

Move the block -> The comment is “following” it.

Go to another sprite

Go back to the 1st sprite -> The comment is not at the same place (actually it is at the place it was before you moved the block)

Also, comments are just buggy in general, doing things like breaking scrolling with many of them.
