Scratch 2.0 online remake idea?

We need a online remake of scratch 2.0! Html5 or Javascript is fine, but its time to end waiting for ruffle to support action script 3 and to start working on ideas for an upcoming scratch 2.0 revival. I was thinking that if made the website could have a name feature instead of username and password where there is a part you can type in a name for yourself, but you can only do it once and no one else can take that name, also we need project ids because I was thinking projects could be shared by copying the url of your project and sharing in the forums. That's all for now I have, and I would be happy if someone listened and worked on a non flash scratch 2.0 revival online
