No red can mean obsolete. I suggest bright blue, with a larger,bolder font.

I still think red is best because it contrasts with the color scheme of Scratch.

I think that it would be pretty ugly with the websites blue theme.
Maybe just bold. Possibly a darker color than most threads?

I think that it would be pretty ugly with the websites blue theme.Bold sounds like a good idea. I suppose it could be white on blue, instead of blue and white.
