Official [scratchblocks] Testing Topic 4

If you want to convert a script in a project, please use apple502j's Scratch 3.0 converter or blob8108's Scratch 2.0 converter.

Testing this again because someone spammed operators which lagged the page hiding all scratch blocks on topic 3.
