Cant log in on some devices

There are some devices i can log on to scratch with, and some i can't. It all started after the scratch filter thought i typed something bad, but i didn't, or at least not to my knowledge. I have even tried resetting my password, nothing. Its affecting my brother too, and we cant log in. Help.
