EDIT: almost forgot to mention, but I saw the same person again, this time there were other people, also talking about how creepy this strange player was, also I figured out that the message was base64, I haven't translated it yet however

you have two instances with the exact same name – the “Light” Boolean value, and the “Light” model. then you ask the script to get an object named “Light”. it can only choose one out of the two, so it chooses the “Light” model. This has absolutely nothing to do with the “LightsOn” Boolean value. Only the “Light” Boolean value, and the “Light” model. Nowhere is the “LightsOn” Boolean value relevant.

To fix this problem, you only need to change the name of the “Light” Boolean value or the “Light” model to a new name. It shouldn't have the same name as one of its siblings (siblings = the children of the parent's instances). I suggest renaming the “Light” model to “LightModel”. This should fix the problem.
