I have one suggestion. In the published projects column on the profile you could choose which projects are shown first, so others could see the best projects.

This feature existed in Scratch 2.0, but it was an extremely easy way for one user to create lots of notification spam for other users, most of which was unwanted. By removing this feature, users are forced to work a little bit to invite a large number of users.

I had a suspicion that the other idea already had a thread, and it turns out I was right. Please discuss the other idea here.

You can't, but if someone reports your thread to be closed (as I have) then a Scratch Team member will come around to close it eventually. You're not really in trouble or anything, just try not to post lists of suggestions or rejected suggestions in the future.
