In Scratch at least they are called C blocks.
In Java I think there is the ‘compound statement’

Hmm.. I don't want to call it “LiveScratch”, as it's not live
“ScratchScript”? You would confuse it with normal Scratch, as you call it scripts there too.
“Java/Pyscratch” definetly not, because I want this to not be based on any other language.

I'll think of a better name eventually.
