Is it an AG team or an OU team, because those are two different formats.
Your Urshifu set is a bit wack. It should pretty much always be running Surging Strikes for STAB coverage, and at the moment it has nothing to hit Ghost types. I'd recommend switching Focus Punch for Surging Strikes and maybe Close Combat for a better coverage move, although I haven't used Urshifu before so take that with a grain of salt.
Ferrothorn probably doesn't need Facade - if you want to run a genuine attacking option, then Gyro Ball is usually better because it has STAB and Ferrothorn's low speed gives it a good base power, especially in a speed-based meta. Also, since you don't have Stealth Rocks on any of your team members, it might be a good idea to give them to Ferrothorn. It's a pretty common rocks setter.
Garchomp looks pretty good, although I'd swap Body Slam for a Dragon-type move like Outrage. Poison Jab is a good option for countering Fairy types like Togekiss though, so that looks good.
Kyurem is a weird pick. Can't really comment on it because I've never seen one, but Metronome generally isn't the best item. You don't have great coverage, and Kyurem's typing makes it hard to switch it in on anything, so you could get walled pretty easily. Honestly you should probably switch this for something else.
Rillaboom almost exclusively runs Grassy Surge + Grassy Glide, because it's a super strong priority move that's really good for cleaning up towards the end of a battle. That said, if you do choose to run that, you'll have to swap Earthquake for a different move (maybe High Horsepower) since Earthquake's power is halved in Grassy Terrain. Also, its special attack isn't great, so probably run a physical grass move like Wood Hammer (if not Grassy Glide).
Your Clefable set is pretty bad honestly. Clefable is usually used as a stall mon, so don't use it it's cringe it usually runs Toxic, Soft-Boiled, and sometimes Teleport (allows you to tank a hit with Clefable and switch into an attacker to revenge kill). Clefable isn't a physical attacker, so running Drain Punch is kinda wack. I'd recommend Moonblast as an attacking option for Clefable.

In terms of team structure, there aren't any glaring weaknesses to a specific type that I can see, but you are walled by physical walls like Quagsire, especially if Rillaboom goes down early (although Kyurem with Freeze Dry does kinda cover that). I would recommend maybe another special attacker/sweeper, although I don't have enough brain power left after writing that to tell you which one. Also, you should switch up your items - 5 leftovers is excessive. Leftovers works well for Ferrothorn, and Clefable to an extent, but you might want to consider Life Orb for Garchomp, and maybe a Choice Band/Scarf for Rillaboom and Urshifu (although they can be difficult to work around). That's most of my thoughts, I might try reworking your team if you'd like but I'm also pretty bad at Pokémon so idk. Also, play style is super important - I like hyper offense, but stall is technically probably “better”

just to note- if you're gonna give Urshifu Choice Band, then don't give it status moves like Bulk Up. Choice Band locks you into the first move that you pick, so you would just be stuck using Bulk Up until you switch out.
Here's my take on the team, and a battle I got with it. This is just the first battle I got and it's the very bottom of the ladder so probably not a great representation of how good the team is
edit: I'm pretty dumb and I put Bulk Up on my Urshifu as well. I would swap it for like Rock Slide maybe? Or probably just Aqua Jet bc the team doesn't have any other priority moves other than Grassy Glide and that's circumstantial

It's been a while since I last played Showdown but I'll give this a shot.
First of all, I notice a lot of synergy with Alolan Ninetales being generally defensive, having a variety of self-preserving moves while setting up hail for the other Pokémon to take advantage of. Is there a reason it's third in the list, or that Alolan Sandslash doesn't have 100% EVs? I also don't like how Galarian Darmanitan has so much type coverage but also a Choice Scarf, but that's probably just me. Other than that everything looks good.
