I decided to make a new Topic thread in order to talk about my game Ryft, specifically to give updates on the development of the game and important updates(which will be labeled with \\–IMPORTANT–//)

Also, It is a way to tell the community when I update Ryft so that people know and so they can try out the new version

As of now, the game is version 0.2, The updates are on the project page in the notes so I won't post them here, when v0.3 comes out I will post the updates in the notes on the page and I will make a Post here

Ryft v0.3 is here people!

Also, the project has hit 11 views!

here is the v0.3 ChangeLog:
-Minor changes to wall collisions to make for (possible open generated rooms
-Added Crates (only generate in the first two rooms for now)
-Added a loot table for crates(only gold for now)
-Added Gold
-Added an inventory system

Small little bug fix and update, I decided to add loot for both enemies,

The Black Crab and the Skull Crab

-Added Loot table for Crabs and Skull Crabs (Crab Carapace and Skull Shell)
-Fixed the bug where Enemies would stay on screen and keep moving and attacking even when the inventory was pulled up

Yeah, so Enemies weren't even stopping or going away when pulling up a different screen!

Ryft v0.4 is out and it's a game-changer! (literally)

here is the v0.4 ChangeLog:
-Added a Map system
-Updated how rooms work and generate for ease(for me and for people who want to remix!)
-Added more to the Dungeon itself (has 8 rooms instead of just 3)
-Added access to rooms X and Y
-Added a Teleport Feature

Version 0.5 is here (it was there last night but I could not update the stuff) anyways, we also hit 40 views! (wow thats awesome!)

Spooky Scary deadly Skeletons have arrived in 0.6!

what does this mean? what terrible Omen is upon the Dungeon? Why is the dead rising?

More on that later but for now…

v0.6
-fixed enemies not spawning
-fixed gate tooltip showing up when the gate is hidden
-added Skeletons and Crimson Skeletons (a more complex enemy)
-changed the combat values (skull crabs and black crabs have the same health but skull crabs take less damage)

v0.7
-Destruction has come:
–Arnok, The Gatekeeper, is now available to fight
–Zalax, The Demon Gateway, can send you back into a refilled Dungeon to keep going,
-Outer World will be coming soon,
-Submit any feedback and tweaks (and remix this to give Arnak some more attacks) and send them to me and I will give you credit for those attacks,
-v1.0 is officially set to release before 2021
