New block for Sensing or Operators

I think Scratch should have a block to see if the number of a variable, the direction a sprite is pointing, etc. is in between two different numbers. This block could be a Sensing block or an Operators block depending on how you make it:

Sensing:

<() is between () and ()? ::sensing>

Operators:

<between () and () ::operators>

i dont support the operator block, why dont you use an absolut value block?

([abs v] of ((9) - (0)))
([abs v] of ((0) - (9)))

these above blocks have the result is 9
