I used a browser extension that shall not be named.
Or, you could use an animated thumbnail.

Here's the long answer you can do yourself without external tools (albeit this method is locked to a 4:3 aspect ratio).
So you know when you upload projects, there's a thumbnail attached to them, and you can change that by changing the state of the project when it's saved/uploaded.

If you copy the image's link (not the project!) from your My Stuff page, you would get something like this:

https://cdn2.scratch.mit.edu/get_image/project/436881731_100x80.png

But, if you manually change that link to have bigger dimensions (the 100x80 part), you can make it bigger…

(I think the second number has to be lesser than the first number, I'm not sure)

Rickrolling aside, GUI still isn't ready. However, I have released the source code for the BBCode+ rendering engine that powers Meower, so anyone can use it for whatever they please.
