I sadly couldn't place an example order, as I don't entirely know what services you provide.

First, I'll examine your topic title. The first thing a customer sees when they find a shop is the title of its topic. Here, you have obviously put a lot of care into your symbolisation and letter cases, but I'd recommend using some brightly-coloured emoji and a fancy font, to put some more spark into it. Now, I'll review the banner. You can tell by its theme that this is a pet-inspired shop, but it is a bit off-centre and cut off at the left. As for your formatting, it has been done pretty decently, but it isn't the best. I'd recommend running it through a Spell Check algorithm to scan for grammatical errors and typos, and maybe use less pastel coloured text, to ensure everyone can read your content. However, I do not entirely know what services you provide, so sorry, I am unable to place an example order. Overall, a great first time attempt at a shop, but it could do with a bit of sprucing up. Good job on your shop!
