Our team of dedicaited staff, hard-working trainees and wonderful cutomers will always make sure that each order is better than the last! 1 ★ Basics
1.1. Be kind to staff and customers
1.2. Do not spam this forum, we are not on 24/7.

2 ★ Staff
2.1. Follow all basic rules
2.2. You may not ask to be a BoD members, you will be appointed (and if you ask, it will lower your chances)
2.3.1. When claiming an order, you must quote the order and say ‘Claimed! Thank you for choosing Sky High!’
2.3.2. When you have finished the order, go to their profile (or on the forum) and give them the raw design link. Say ‘Here is your order: (raw link). If you are happy with it, let me know and I’ll download/upload (depending on thumbnail/banner) it for you. LEt me know if you want to change anything. Thanks for choosing Sky High!'
2.3.3. If the cutomer is happy with their order, please let them know, by saying this: ‘Thank you for choosing Sky High! HEre is your complete order: (link to order) Be sure to credit (username) at Sky High! Be sure to fill out our review form!’
2.3.4. If the order is late, please say: ‘I’m very sorry your order at Sky High is late, to make you better, I will give you a (reward) for your patience. Here is your raw order link: (link) nad here is the uploaded/downloaded link. (link) Again, I aplogize that your order at Sky High is overdue, butt we hope that you'll always fligh high!'
2.4. Use a design program like Canva or Paint.NET - Do NOT use scratch.
2.5.1. All project thumbnails have to be 480x360 px.
2.5.2. All studio thumbnails will have dimensions of 480x360 px, unless otherwise stated.
2.5.3. All Banners must eiteher be the Tumbr banner size (3000x1055 px) or the SoundCloud banner size (2480x520 px) unless otherwise stated. Default to whichever one you see fit.
2.6. Please give deadlines in LONG DATE format, this is so no-one gets confused. (FYI, Long date is 12th July 2020 or something like that)

3 ★ Customers
3.1 Follow all basic rules
3.2. Your order won't be done immediatley - we are not robots!
3.3. Orders may be late. Please understand that.

4 ★ Strikes and Warnings
4.1.1. If you get a strike, you have to respond to 2 activity checks, take 3 orders and help the shop get noticed to have strikes forgiven.
4.1.2. If you get three strikes I will sadly have to fire you.
4.1.3. When you are excused, you cannot get a warning or a strike, or take any orders. If you do break this rule, you will get fired immediatley.
4.2.1. If you break any rules, you get a warning.
4.2.2. If you get three warnings, you get a strike.
4.2.3. Once you get one strike from three warnings, the next time you break too many rules, you will be given a strike straight away.

5 ★ Applications
5.1.1. If you get rejected then you have to wait 30 days before applying again.
5.1.2. If you apply before the 30 days are up, your application is rejected.
5.2. Please do not edit Application Posts. If it is a little thing (such as not enough examples or forgetting teh codeword) please re-post your application within 24 hours, or the application will be concidered ‘rejected’
5.3. If your applicaiton has been rejected, we will let you know via your profile.

We have one partner, and that is ✧ clove's image hosting service ✧. Any request to partner will be rejected for now, as I am thinking about partners.

Sky High will not be joining any federations for now, and if we ever do, It'll probably one of Milky's, and any request to join one will be turned down.

If I'm right, I think the use of follows, loves and favourites as currencies is not right and isn't permitted, try giving the customers some other reward instead
