What if some scratcher reported a project for no reason?

Maybe the Scratcher who reported the project receives an alert - but that usually happens only to Scratchers who report remixes (remixes, not copys) or want to remove “bad” projects.

Nothing happens at first, but if the Scratcher repeatedly reports for no reason then a warning/ban is issued.

It would be impossible for someone to report a project without putting in a reason - if someone tried to report a project without a reason (or if the reason was too short), a message would pop up telling the user to put in a reason for reporting.

What exactly do you mean by unfair?
If someone reports another one validly the reported one will get an warning. Else the other one will.

If a scratcher reports a project for no reason, that scratcher who reported the project will recieve an alert. If the scratcher continues to report projects for no reason, he/she would get blocked from the website.
