Power levels

Founder: Complete Power
Deputy: Cannot fire founder or close organisation. Owns and updates backup thread
President: Can hire, fire, hold activity checks. Owns and updates backup thread backup thread.
Vice President: Can hire, fire, and hold activity checks.
Shop Manager: Keeps track of shops, and checks if they have members on leave that are not listed.
Assistant Shop Manager: Helps Shop Manager.

Constitution

1.1 All applications must use the correct form
1.1.1 Applications not using the correct form will not be considered.
1.2 A shop must have a representative and an assistant representative listed on their application.
1.2.1 At least one rep must be active at least four times a week.
1.3 "FLYING FISH" IS THE CODEWORD!!
1.4 A shop must have more than two staff members to join.
1.5 A shop must be using the strike system.
1.6 Staff must be able to take leave at any time.
1.7 1.3 is a trap. If a shop has the words “flying fish” in it's application it will not be accepted. This rule is in place to ensure that you have read the rules properly.

2.1 A shop may leave at any time.
2.2 A shop may challenge the activity of any of their staff members.
2.2.1 Unless that staff member is on leave at the time.
2.2.1.1 If the member is on leave, and the shop challenged anyway, the shop will have credit removed.
2.2.2 If the member is inactive, the shop will be given credit, and other shops advised of the member's inactivity.
2.3 A shop may request any of our staff to be fired at any time, provided they have a valid reason.
2.3.1 If no valid reason is given, the shop will have credit removed.
2.3.2 If a valid reason is given, and the staff member is fired, the shop will be given credit.
2.4 A shop may request any of a shop to have credit removed at any time, provided they have a valid reason.
2.4.1 If no valid reason is given, the requesting shop will have credit removed.
2.4.2 If a valid reason is given, and credit is removed, the requesting shop will be given credit.

3.1 Shops must notify us when a staff member leaves or is fired.
3.1.1 Shops that do not notify us will have credit removed.
3.2 Shops must not try to threaten us or another shop at any time.
3.2.1 Shops who do will have credit removed.

4.1 All applications must use the correct form

Challenging Activity

If you think that someone is inactive but not listed on the leave list, you can challenge their activity. It is like an activity check that only applies to them.
