Can you Decode this? (Decode Posts - Part 2)

Welcome to the encode-decode topic, everyone!

This is the topic to share your codes and show everyone your decoding skillz! :D
Rules:
1. Only posts relating to encoding/decoding are accepted.
2. Codes written in Scratch blocks are allowed.
3. Don't go beyond the limit of Scratch.
4. Be kind.
5. If you want to show an old unsolved code, try to use a link, unless it's short enough (takes about 1~5 lines).
6. Unsolved codes in the topic will be updated daily (sometimes hourly) in the first post.
