Balloon Popper review:
Graphics- 8.5/10.0- Very nice shading and colors of the sky. Clouds were a nice touch. I would add either slower clouds or some other things like birds.
Clean Code-10.0/10.0- Game runs very smoothly with no glitches.
Game Play- 9.0/10.0- Again smooth game that is simple enough that anyone could play it. This is an opinion but I dislike the sudden music change or the fact there is two different songs.
Purpose-9.0/10.0- Simple, fun, and challenging. Just make sure at some times that it's not too challenging.
Overall-36.5/40.0
Accolades- Pro Invent Pass with Merit

What was good: Your game had generally good graphics for purpose and with nice detail with the clouds in the background. There was no lag or glitches in the game seen. It had suitable music, a nice introduction, nice transfer to the instructions, clear instructions and it was challenging. As a high score style game, it was well suited as it got more challenging as it progressed.
What could be improved: You could use sprites to replace the variable boxes and you could include special balloons that give you extra points, move side to side as well as up and balloons that temporarily slow down the speed. The balloons could have a bit of shading.

Hunted review
Graphics-6.8/10- No graphics but I don't think Hunted needs graphics. It looks fine without them.
Clean Code-10.0/10.0- Game runs very well, no glitches
Game Play-10.0/10.0- Game is smooth and runs great. Challenging but for this game, challenging is great. Awesome music.
Purpose-9.0/10.0- Great game but for the people who are new to this type of game(not me) add an easy mode.
Overall-35.8/40

That's not a glitch, I did that on purpose. It is spawning in random places each time the game restarts.

-GAME REVIEW OF Ocean Diver: The Fish Rescue-
Graphics: (3/10) The sprites looked rigid. The colors did not match everything well.

Yet another helpful suggestion: When you lose, instead of having to click the green flag to start all over again, you should just be able to re-do the level/boss. Although it may seem like this review is saying that the game is bad, it is not. All it needs is some fix-ups and it'll be good to go. Keep making games, and I'm sure you will get better and better.

What is a “vector format”?

Vector images are graphics stored and drawn by instructions whereas bitmap uses a grid of pixels. Vector has a very high resolution. For example, see this to compare vector and bitmap. Look on the bottom right of the paint editor in scratch to change from bitmap to vector or vice versa.
