Signing Up Suggestions

1.1.1 - Make sure that your suggestion has a good reason to be implemented to Scratch, or else we will deny it.
1.1.2 - Do not sign up funny suggestions that do not exist and you know will not be added, you can do random stuff at our off-topic studio.
1.1.3 - We do not ask the ST to implement your suggestion, we just advertise them so do not get too excited.
1.1.4 - You need to have the codeword ss_nammy in your suggestion application so we accept it.
