Then look no further, this shop is for you. This is an awesome new Scratch game writing shop named Boss Battle designed to help new game makers, ambitious game makers, new or old. We'll help you stay motivated!

~ Instructions ~

First, you tell us what type of game you are making and producing. Your project doesn't even have to be started already.
If you like to start on the story, we can start here.
Our customers will fill out a form. Don't worry, it won't take too long.
Whatever you got so far, don't be shy. It can be absolutely anything you are passionate about making. We're here to help you!
Your game can be as simple as a beautiful wordless game like Journey, or complicated like a JRPG game that needs a lot more content.

Setting is the general location where this story takes place. It can happen anywhere, in a computer, in the “afterlife”, or on Earth, in a desert, or maybe even in space like this Scratch game: Astral.

Time is pretty self-explanatory, this is the time where your setting takes place, whether it's a real time or not. You can skip this step, but please describe this to me. Steampunk, futuristic, etc.

Theme, is your story about love, or tragedy, or ambition, or loneliness, or maybe a mysterious or convoluted message you want to share to the world? I totally get you. Just be sure to let me know what that is. Give me all the details you can.

Genre, what is your genre? Western, vampire, love, horror, time travel, JRPG, science fiction, etc.

Details, I added this part so that you can add further details, like what you have so far. Are you inspired by another game or movie? Do you think you're going to make more parts to this game? Like a sequel or trilogy? Let us know!

We can be involved as much as you like from there. Together, with me or another staff member you would like to work with, we'll talk and go over your story and write together. We can suggest you parts to go with your story and you update us on what you want to change in the story. We'll make suggestions on how you can make your story even better. Anything you want. This shop is designed to be helpful, fun, friendly, and collaborative.

If you ever finish your video game, I will give it a love and favorite! I was thinking of creating a studio called Boss Battle, featuring projects that were helped written with our shop. Your project could be featured in it too!

1. YOU are the director of your game!

2. Please be patient and polite, since this shop is entirely non-profit. If you cannot follow this simple rule, then we can refuse your order.

4. As always, follow the Scratch guidelines!

5. It is entirely optional to provide a link to this shop in the description of your game, just be sure to give credit to the writers who provided you with help. It would be wonderful if you did provide a link to this shop, it would really keep our activity up! A great generous way to give back to this shop after we're done helping you.

~ About Boss Battle ~

I started this writing shop project because I wanted my Scratch profile to be a little more busier. Not only that, but one of my hobbies I enjoy doing is writing. I built this shop to practice that. I love making stories for games, so why not open a shop based around doing something I love? This cutting-edge shop started in January 5th, 2019. Happy New Years, *party blower* *confetti*!

Well, this is my first shop I've ever run before. You're the first one, and nobody is applying. Lots of views, but no applications or help orders.
You seem confident and confidence is good.

I really believe in this shop, I sent an application to get the shop stickied to the Shop Directory but it's taking forever. But no worries, it will come through.
If we get bigger, we could probably start talking about plans to expand beyond writing. Maybe even programmers or artists helping our customers someday. We could do art for some super cool games that come along.

One of my strategy ideas to try get this place going is to go look around at some game creators, their projects and let them know we're here.
