A few important questions about Scratch 3.0 / Flash / Snap! / Phosphorus.

Can cloud variables be changed on Phosphorus? (This can make it better for cloud loves)
What does the Scratch 3.0 player (not the editor) look like?
When will the Scratch 3.0 offline editor release?
Will there be a backpack on the Scratch 3.0 offline editor?
Will Scratch 3.0 be available on Internet Explorer?
Is “hacked blocks” allowed on Scratch 3.0?

1. & 2. It's likely Phosphorus will no longer work, since it can only play.Scratch 2 Projects and all the projects on the website will be changed to Scratch 3.
3. I think it doesn't use Flash, so it will still work.
4. I don't think so, since you're not logged in.
6. The FAQ says that in the second half of 2019 an offline editor will come for Chromebooks. I think there will be an Editor for Windows/Mac at the same time or earlier.
8. The FAQ says that Internet Explorer won't work then anymore, I think however that the site and forums will still work, but not the editor and player.
9, I don't see reasons why it shouldn't be allowed, but it could be much harder than 2.0. Hacked blocks from 2.0 will also stop working.

I had heard previously that an offline editor will be released on the same day as the online editor, January 2. I'm not sure what systems they will be available for.

The Scratch Team will not support hacked blocks in 3.0, meaning they will not make any effort to make them continue working. Currently, hacked blocks do not work in 3.0. Could someone make them work? Perhaps, but it won't be the Scratch Team that does that.

Someone seems to have hacked into my other account, @-TheBluePotato-! I know that, because I have seen comments from that account, that I have´nt written, it stopped following @z07_studios (the only account -TheBluePotato- followed, and now, when I tried to go to its profile, the computer said, “the server is scratching its head” as it always does, when something is deleted! AND I could´nt log in to -TheBluePotato-, and all that means, that somebody captured my account and got banned! HELP!
