No contest, the DiC video game adaptation cartoons and the Ruby Spears MegaMan cartoon. Except for the Super Mario World cartoon. Yeah yeah, Mama Luigi is iconic, but most of that show for me is basically unwatchable. Sonic SatAM gets a pass by nature of being actually kind of good.
