Sticky topics always look blue even when closed

I usually use the Japanese forum.

Japanese forum users created some sticky topics that only contain links to important Wiki topics (e.g. the basic usage of the forum),
then we closed the sticky topics.

By using Wiki and the link to it,
we can always highlight the latest information and can make it easy to be maintenanced.

However,
because the closed topics look gray, some people may misunderstand it as invalid.

So, I suggest that sticky topics always look blue even when closed.

That's a good idea! I support that suggestion, another color.
But that suggestion seems to be stagnant.

Is there any reason why the idea doesn't go ahead?
Should I bump the topic?

署名は、ディスカッションフォーラムの機能である。署名は、その人のすべての投稿の下部に追加される。署名は、BBCodeで記述できる。署名を追加/変更/削除したい場合は、ディスカッションフォーラムのホームの一番下に行き、「Change your signature」を押す。署名の大きさは150pxまでである。これには、改行、画像を含む。- Japanese Scratch-Wiki 「署名」

Closed (topics and stickies) should have a non-colour-based way of identifying them. Using only colour to communicate something is a terrible idea

Do you have any idea to identify them instead of color?
