An option in account settings to change the site's theme and navigation bar colour
I think it's fine as it is now, but semi-support. It can be cool to see your favourites colors in the homepage and other pages.

An option in account settings to change the site's theme and navigation bar colour
have to use it.But it's in account settings. How do you expect to be able to edit that stuff logged out? MediaWiki doesn't allow it, so why should we? I actually think the look of Scratch is pretty nice, but I guess support because I know people who would like it and it's not like I
Edit: No support for not being able to edit it when logged out.

Gosh, everyone just loves the new SWS features, don't they?
Support for changing header color - but I'd rather have a color picker thing (like the SWS currently has) rather than a text box, as it gives better control over the color (and uses the system's color picker).

Where would the setting be stored when logged out, then? No support for not being able to edit it when logged out.

This was an idea but I was bringing it back up from a few years ago. I also tweaked it Gosh, everyone just loves the new SWS features, don't they?

Semi-support, that would be nice, but you can also easily change the color with a website style extension and edit the css of the navigation bar color (google it)

You can also do that for the Wiki, but since the Wiki has a built-in option for it this suggestion's rationale is “if the Wiki has it why should the main site?”. Semi-support, that would be nice, but you can also easily change the color with a website style extension and edit the css of the navigation bar color (google it)

Support for a dark theme/night mode. Recolouring the top bar would also be cool but less useful, so semi-support.

An option in account settings to change the site's theme and navigation bar colour
I don't think the account settings is a good place to put the option because there aren't any other options like it on that page
Fortunately the current design of Scratch 3.0 seems to share the same navigation bar style as the rest of the new website, so perhaps the option could be accessed through the editor. Additionally, I believe they want to at least support a dark theme and a high contrast mode in the editor, so perhaps those settings could affect the rest of the website.
There should also be an option for a high contrast mode.

It's not constructive otherwise; not providing a reason for a support shows that they haven't read the Stickies. Why not?Why do you support? Support.

I honestly think this is a great idea. Oh how I'd love a purple header. Anyways, I'm sure some ATer would generate a user script to have a rainbow changing header. I'd love to see that. Or, just have that built in. So, full support.
