A little improvement to moving costumes in sprites?

Hello, world!
I have a quick suggestion for the costume editor. I have recently been dragging costumes around in a sprite and thought to myself, “there has to be a faster way to do this.”
…But there wasn't!
I'd like to recommend a little improvement. See the side bar in the costumes window? Normally you can use it to move though the costumes quickly.
But you can't when you're dragging a costume.
If it could be programmed to drag when the mouse is touching it, even if costumes are being dragged, that would be nice.
This isn't necessary, but could save time so that people can work on more important things.
Thanks for reading!

By the side bar, are you talking about the costumes?

The side bar is the little thing you can click and drag. It normally helps with scrolling through things faster. By the way, the same improvements could possibly be made to the code editor, but it's not as noticeable there because you just have to zoom out to drag faster.

Oh, you mean the scroll bar?

It can be? If you hold the sprite above or below it scrolls (though rather slowly)

Yeah, that's precisely my point. If you could use the side-bar, it would go much faster.
And y'know, as a Sonic fan, I've just gotta go fast.
The real issue I'm having is that it just gets too slow when you have a lot of costumes to scroll through. Even at top speed (the speed increases as you push the mouse further in a direction, until it just cuts you off entirely), it just isn't fast enough.

Whatever you want to call it.

Another idea is that you could use the left-click to hold the costume, and while holding you can use the right-click to drag the side-bar.
And just in case the ST never does this, I'll make sure there's an option in Genesis Sonic Ultimate Engine so that you can use multiple sprites instead of one sprite.

Support! This would save a lot of time, hassle, and money.
Coming from an artist/animator, this would save a lot of time when working on a large animation.

Coming from the Sonic fan side of me, it just has to be fast!

Thanks for support!
And it can also save on electricity bills (less time on the computer). (Or maybe you could just use that time for better things.)
