Pros:
I got my product within 48 hours!
They notified me when the team had received, started and completed the order so I could know on my profile.
They were polite and official (they told me where they were from, ect) and, looking at my experience, they would be a nice team.

Improvements:
The list of things you can do is very short - a wider range of talent would be good (other scratchers with different strengths)

Our Products
They did everything I asked of them and clarified a improvement to my sprite they wanted to make with me before making it.
It was easy to access the completed order through a project.

Improvement: Same as above so people's orders can be max quality

Other info: The dog is the mascot of an evil scientist, so it would be ideal to have it looking angry and… well… evil. If possible I'd like it in a few different emotions (e.g happy, angry, upset). Vector format is best for me but I'm not that bothered.

It definitely follows my specification.
Saving it in a project is a good way for me to access it.

Cons
It wasn't very neatly drawn, which could make it difficult to use in a project.
Image could be higher quality

Tips to improve
With regards to the service, this is an absolutely perfect way to operate a shop. The order was completed within a day and I received a friendly profile notification with a link.

The main issue is that it wasn't drawn as neatly as I'd like. Here are a couple of suggestions for improving your product quality.
If you have a tablet, download a drawing app and use a stylus in conjunction with a thin pen setting to achieve more precision
Sketch on paper, then scan it in to your computer as an image file and use the fill or rubber tool on a free drawing app such as MS Paint, Pinta or even the Scratch Bitmap Editor to remove the white borders.
In both cases, it's a good idea to use the PNG format to upload to Scratch.

Clothes: A dark gray tank top with a black jacket over it. Black pants with white stripe going down the sides and white sneakers.
Other info: Basically a girl with pale white skin, half-shaved black hair with purple ends, and that kind of clothing ^. Please make the sprite in Vector.
