What does "sticky" mean and how does a post become "sticky"?
A sticky is a topic in one of the forums that always stays at the top of the page. It becomes a sticky if a member of the Scratch Team thinks it should be one.
There are 10 kinds of people in the world, those who know binary and those who don't. “And those who think they do but are still waiting on 8 more people.” (Sigton).
