Make studios with follower requirements NFE

A lot of studios have follower requirements and I think that could make some people think they aren't good just because they don't have many followers or that scratch is all about getting followers instead of being creative and sharing art, code, and other things so I think they should be

Could you give an example? I've never seen a studio like that. I think maybe they shouldn't exist in the first place, as the the managers can invite whomever they want anyway

I'm fine if it's just a club for less/more popular users, but if they're literally gonna throw a user out for not meeting the requirements and COMMENTING on the studio, it should be NFE'd (or worse

). Really, I don't think followers matter, and since they enforce the importance of having more followers and are a little discriminatory, then they should be, well.. probably banned (like @asivi said).

Though if the studio is extremely crazy, and wants to bring the follower problem, then it shouldn't even exist.

I'm floating neutral on this one, leaning towards support. I can see how having follower requirements could be beneficial for certain groups however for most studios it's not necessary to disallow certain people based on follower count.

thats like deleting the official scratch team studios because you aren't apart of the scratch team, follower requirements are like the same as needing to make a certain project to join or having to be apart of the ST to join

Support. I don't have many followers myself, and studios (and projects) like that are basically just telling people that FOLLOWERS ARE IMPORTANT (Which, in most cases, the number of followers you have ISN'T important.)

Also, why projects? Same reason. *COUGH COUGH* A certain someone's La Da Dee MAP I wanted to join but I couldn't cause you needed 90+ followers to join even if you had the animation skills of someone that works for Disney *COUGH COUGH*

I was actually rejected from a studio just because I didn't have 200 followers, and because of this I felt very put down. Which made me really sad that people focus on followers as of how good a Scratcher is.

Moral of the story is, I don't want other to feel the same way that I did so that's why I support.
