do you know any simple implementation of scratch blocks in c++/java ?
something simple and basic .

You can try http://education.mit.edu/openblocks. This is the library of block programming that has been created for StarLogo TNG (http://education.mit.edu/projects/starlogo-tng). But I don't know how much simple and basic it is.
