First off, you need to know how we do things. In this post I write the whole plot for the story. Then I go on your profile and give you instructions. You make a project with the script or the voice you were asked to do and name it, for example, The Kitchen Script or The Kitchen Jim Voices. Here are the jobs,
voice actors, I tell you what to say.
scriptwriter, there can only be one and you have to show me how good you are. I will tell you the plot.
editor, you will look at it and make it perfect making a remix. When I add in the edits you have a choice to delete the remix or not.
Artist, you make characters in vector so I can animate them. (by selecting the arms and legs and moving them or other stuff)
Planner, you plan what happens in each episode

to get a job you need to be able to do this

Voice actor—-You must be able to record clear sound without any back round noise.
Scriptwriter—-Must show me a project with good scripts, then I will hire him or not.
Editor—-Must be good at editing
Planner—-Must be able to make a good story
