what if it only went to links on the scratch website, and the account deletion page is not allowed?
There could still be some issues:
forever
open [https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/357213103/] :: control
end
I think it would be better as a cap block, so this wouldn't happen.
But what about this?
forever
broadcast [message1 v]
end
when I receive [message1 v]
open [https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/357213103/] :: control cap
It is not practically possible to prevent a block from being somehow put in the “forever” loop. And let's do these two things:
  1. stop saying the same things over and over again;
  2. simply propose a limit to how many created tabs can be there at the same time, or limit the maximum number of created tabs per minute (making the program wait, for example, 5 seconds before another tab can be created).

The message above may contain wrong information, rude remarks, or something embarrassing to my current self. In this case, please ignore it and remember that I likely wrote it back when I didn't know what “respect” truly meant. I really hate thinking about it again.

I'm not sure how that's possible. Scratch can't control the number of browser tabs
