1. An art tutorial. Explain what you can do on Scratch with art, show them some logos, teach them how to draw, and teach them how to use pen. This is an uncommon tutorial and I have only seen it once.

Possibly a game involving driving a boat through the sea. You could use a simple scrolling tutorial to help you! I would suggest @MathMathMath ‘s tutorial!

The boat could pick up coins along the way, maybe turn into a submarine, face obstacles, and jump. You could include a platforming script which allows it to jump.

There’s a lot of places that you could go with that idea
