What I will add (I have decide this)
Custom Colors
Custom Backgrounds & Themes
Custom Fonts (not much fonts, though :/ )
Ability for ME (I'm an admin yeperdoodles for my safechat thingamajig) to ban user who are at least trying to broke the rules
Settings
User could change settings and when they're back with the same username, Tada! Their setting is still saved!
Some cleanout scripts to remove some cloud data when meet requirements to prevent lagginess
Scripts as least as possible

What colors should I use?
What kind of Font do you think that fits?
What phrases should I use? (Note: I will not accept negative words, such as no, not, or don't because it can make someone feel bad)
What Easter Eggs can I add? (yes, I want to add Easter Eggs
Any ideas for features?

I think it's better if you have it in the project, and every time someone suggests one, it gets added to a list variable. Then, you can quickly skim through them.

What Easter Eggs can I add? (yes, I want to add Easter Eggs) If you have a number system when each phrase is a number, then make it so when you do 1,2,3,4,5,6 etc. there is an Easter egg.
Any ideas for features? Maybe people can vote to clear the chat? Or vote to ban a player if he/she is spamming? And a time limit on when you can chat to prevent spamming.

It depend; you can really use much of any color and still have the same general feel. I'd like to see blue though.

By ranks, do you mean like Mod, Admin, Owner? Or different ranks. Sometimes, if someone has a higher rank than others, it can make them feel bad.
