For you? I looked through you projects, and either you could try Snap!, which is almost identical to Scratch but to explain in a simple way; is a step towards more complex code. and that was a horrible expalination

Or you could try GameMaker Studio which is well known and plenty of developers use GM, but for the full version you'll have to pay a hefty price.
