Raspberry Pi - mini computer [NEW]

There was an old topic in the connecting to the world, but this will work here to say what you are doing with your raspberry pi! also say this information if you want

Pi version: (rpi 2, zero, etc)
Pis you have: (how many do you have)
what you are doing with them

for me:
Both RPI 2
2 RPIs
both running web servers (1 is now, just got the new one)

Raspberry Pi - mini computer [NEW]

I have an original RPi Model B running my media centre (with a couple of hard disks attached to it). I am also planning on using a Zero to make a sound board for podcasting purposes, assuming I can figure out the wiring.

I have none.
However, I do want to get a Raspberry Pi 2 Model B, because I've got a couple of things in my mind to use it for.

I did get a Raspberry Pi 2 yesterday, however I cannot do anything with it at the moment since I don't have a USB keyboard.

take one from a desktop computer you have, if not, i bet you could go to your school when you can and use one of theirs to enable SSH. Once SSH is enables, s long as you have a display, whenever it boots, you can get the IP address when on ethernet/wifi

It's also possible to connect via serial connection.

I got a Raspberry Pi 2 recently and I have it running nicely. It's an awesome platform, and it really is a lot of fun to use!
I made a tutorial for any new users here that explains basic setup and such.
I have a micro-sd with n00bs- er, NOOBS so I have a good amount of content to use already. I plan to do some Python programming soon!

The keyboard for my PC isn't USB. I can't go to school right now (it's closed!)

I've been researching audio input and output via GPIO. As far as I can tell it should be possible to output PCM audio and then run it through a DAC chip to get analogue audio. I think I could do something similar in reverse to input audio.

The reason I'd do this instead of using a USB soundcard is voltage. I want to run my RPi from a battery pack and as such it's unlikely that I'll be able to maintain a constant 5V. I'm more likely to manage 4.5 - 3.3 V (as the voltage a battery can supply diminishes as it discharges). Lots of DAC chips are happy to run at a range of voltages so that should solve the power issue.

I got a rpi2 and a rp0. For some reason up here in Canada, they've got plenty of pi zeros. They've got a whole closet full of them.

I'm kinda bored on what to do with them, I want to do something with my LED's and something simple with my rpi, any ideas?
I also got this humidity and temperature sensor thing

Is it a PS/2 keyboard (it won't work on an RPi but just asking)?

if you want it a public website, that is a diffrent story. But usually, it is local, so only people on your network can access it
