So, I'm not sure if this is a duplicate, and/or in the right area, but it's a little thing that you can use to say happy birthday! Mine is today, and now I'm 13!

You can report this if it's in the wrong area, but tell me. and you can tell me if it's a duplicate and I'll close it.

Actually, I don't think it fits the forums. Why not do a Scratch Project instead? I think that makes for a more welcoming way to wish someone a Happy Birthday.
