Job: Artist and or manager. I consider myself pretty good at human vector art as well as architecture/nature/animals, more details on managing below.
Has read AF books: Yes, I read all eight of them a month or so ago.
I do not have a CCCC management degree, but I do similar stuff in real life often, as well as the owner of a Winter Scratch Camp, owner of my own shop, and worker in several shops.
