A calming jar is a great home accessory that is supposed to calm you when you're angry. They are really fun and easy to make. All you need is super glue, glitter glue, regular glitter w/ no glue, and a water bottle w/ water in it. First, rip off the tag off the bottle. Remove the cap, and heat the bottle for a minute. Put about 3 ounces of glitter glue in the bottle, and replace the cap. Shake it to dissolve the glitter glue. Open the bottle again, and put some regular glitter in. Put super glue on the inside of the cap, and close it very tight. Shake it, and watch it go! I learned this from my counselor. You can also put beads or sequels in it. I am also making origami and drawing.
