1 is really good. best story mode (excluding octo expansion)

3 cutscenes are the longest

My only gripe with 3's cutscenes are that a lot of them are locked to 30fps which just looks bad and hurts me inside

Yep, that's what a lot of people are doing. There's even a way to get into Pretendo servers without hacking your console, although it's kinda glitchy and inconsistent.
