Sadly, No. They have to fix massive bugs.

I thought they were coming out during the beta for us to test and help improve them.

This account quit, but I'm still active on my other account, SilverEagle.

Hey! Are you not sure what you shouldn't be doing on Scratch? Reread the Community Guidelines, they'll help.

User ID gives a relative ID for the user:
0 = not logged in
1 = project creator
2 = first person to use project after shared
3= second person to user project after shared
etc, etc

Days since 2000 gives, well, the number of days since the year 2000.

No, 1 is not always the project creator. If someone uses it before them, it's theirs.

No, it is. Make a new project, put out a say() block,put a user id in it, then click it. It says 1.

…because you're the first one to use it. Do the same thing but don't click it, share it and let someone else click it. If you then click it, it'll give you 2.

no it wont, because you're the first one to see the project, it doesnt matter, the user ID won't change…

Early part of the beta. Not the entire beta. They need to find the bugs with CVs before releasing them to the public.

So how long are we talking here?! We need to get a move on this! I know it's not my job to keep the community safe, but still… I think Projects that use Usernames and passwords and chat rooms should just be banned, that would make it easier! We don't really need chat rooms, just put more effort into it, make it an email server, and whoopde-do, there aren't half as many “dangerous” programs to keep track of. Maybe initiate a point system on how many chat rooms a person has caught.

whoa. that came across a wee-bit intense
i agree that projects requiring a username should be banned because anyone can see the passowrd list but, i am not with you on chat as chat can help with collabs,rpg's,turn-based games,etc: basicly anything with multiple players as long as appropriate measures are taken in chat (see my signature below)
But what if you hashed the passwords, then it would be much harder to break into peoples accounts.
I totally agree with the hashing Idea, I hadn't forgotton, and user ids too, but Its hard to tell if someones made a secure hash or just a tough code. We cant take risks. Now if scratch had hashing built in… Not likely though. Chatrooms are indeed stupid, though, sorry for the language. They can be “un-banned” after we get cloud vars off the ground.We don't think anything will happen, but anything is possible, and we gotta keep scratch team happy! And besides, people think they all are the FIRST, but in reality there would be millions (not joking, over time this would happen) of chatrooms, and no-one would get views. They would hog up cloud var space, and be a giant nuisance to clean up.

It really is just the first person to see it, but when you click new project and start working on it, you technically are the first to see it.
