I know how to make a link normally, but i can't do one with the picture. Someone show me, i want to make a signature

what about an animated signature ive benn dying to know ( i love pokemon too ) here are two animated sprites that i have tried to upload before on tinypic, but the just dont work somebody help me. (you click the animated one and a little box will appaer and then you can copy different urls for it) thank you

Those are in HTML, not BBcode. Also, you'll need to upload the pictures to one of the following image hosts:

It needs to be the picture's full URL, which ends in .png, .jpg, .bmp, .gif, or any image format.
