Ability to appeal alerts
As people have already mentioned, you can already appeal to alerts. Just use the Contact Us page.
Or do you think that is not enough, and needs to be improved in some way?

No support, whilst Alerts are serious, appeals don't seem to be important (to me at least), if you are suspended or banned however, then an appeal would be important.

Alerts do nothing. Why would anyone need to appeal an alert?

Not technically!
If somebody has an alert that pushes their account near the line, like one for something serious, except it was a mistake, they'll want to appeal that. Think about it, if you appeal to an alert, you can use your Scratch account while you're waiting for a response… if you've been banned? Not so much.

Support, once (on my old account) there was this number code and scratch thought it was a phone number.

Look, I do sort of support this, because once upon a time I got an alert for testing comments on my profile.
I sent an email to the ST through contact us, and waited. I've never received a response.
Sending another email now would be rather irrelevant, as the alert was a few months ago. However, I don't appreciate that I now have a bad reputation for a misunderstanding.

Just use contact-us. It's the same appeal form for banned accounts.

Contact us is slow and tedious. Plus very unfriendly to kids who have white-listed sites. So what in the world makes you think this would be any faster? It's the same problem, the same people are going to be reading it, and they're going to do it at the same pace wheter they get it through e-mail or through an appeal feature.
