How do you block a person on scratch? Sometimes for safety reasons it is really necessary? Please answer?

Oh, so you want to know how to block a user from using Scratch. When I first read this, I thought you meant block a user from a project. Well then, you yourself can't block a user, but you can report them, and the ST can block them if needed. How that end of the process works, I'm not sure, but it gets done in the end.

You can't, only the Scratch Team can. If everyone could block each other, this site would go crazy! the Scratch Team only blocks people who use inappropriate behavior and do not follow the community guidelines. You can report a user if he/she is disrespectful or breaking the rules.
