Could somebody tell me the pen shade and color numbers for the colors circled?

Also, is there an easy way of figuring these out?

Hmm. Okay, horizontally is 8 grids of colors. Therefore, to find the color, do 200*(grid/8) grid. So for example, if you chose green, since it is the fourth grid box, the color effect would be 200*(4/8) = 200*.5 = 100 color effect. The shade works the same way except the formula is 100/(grid from bottom to top/6)

Actually, I made some mistakes. For color, you have to subtract 25 from the final result. For shades, I don't think my formula is accurate enough, but try subtracting about 16 from the initial result.
