Everyone that posted here was kind enough to tell me what they thought, now I face another problem, ‘How do I make if the answer is 1 it will say hi’ and all of those stuff…. help, please..

If you mean “safe chat” as in, the user has to click on pre-set options like “Hello!” “Bye!” “How are you?” “See you later!” then I think that's allowed. If you mean “safe chat” as in, the user gets to type in a message, then I don't think that's allowed, even with blacklists.

Safe chats are allowed, as long as users can only choose from specific words or phrases.

What about you free type a message with the ask block, separate the string into words, and only if a list of allowed words contains each word you typed in, then the message is sent?

turkey, yes but it cannot contain any combination of words which may go against community guidelines
