The bite of 87 was mangle or foxy. Look at mangles attack. Doesn't it look like it's biting you? Foxy, his teeth are sharp, so that is also a possibility. And phone guy is not purple guy. In the first game, he seems to have died during it. Purple guy had jumped into Springtrap, getting killed by the suit, not the animatronics. And Foxy was indeed killed by Purple Guy. Watch the music vid for Its been so long.

Foxy was put into decommission before the bite, so he could not have possibly done it.

You guys are wrong. Using minimum wage some math and logic we can determine the abouts time when they all commenced.

Fnaf 2 was a prequel, it took place in about 1987
Fnaf 1 was somewhere between 1991-1996
Fnaf 3 came after them both as it was a horror amusement park in honor of the missing children incident. ( Which was in FNAF 1 which was after FNAF2.)

OK i have to admit something: I haven't finished FNAF 3. But even still, there's no way that FNAF 3, by Night 4, has any proof that Phone Guy is Purple Guy. And as for the Springtrap behind the toy freddy statue, i think it means that Springtrap's going to be auctioned off, like the rest of the surviving artifacts.
