Why are the following/followers rows eleven profiles wide? Does anyone have any other lengths on theirs?

It's probably just how many pictures happen to fit in a row. I doubt it was chosen for any particular reason.

The screenshot is the whole page; there is plenty of space for more

they probably just wanted it to fit the length between the scratch logo and profile to make the ui look clean

They could have made the pfps slightly smaller to fit in 12…

I also noticed this whenever I go into portrait mode and then switch between portrait to landscape on these specific 2.0 pages on iOS as well.

given most pages (or 2.x pages at least) look alike, it's probably just so it all fits in the strip everything is in without shrinking them.
