Scratch 3.0 is from 2019, not 2018. In 2018 it was beta

It appears that this bug may have been fixed with the recent update of services/upload (I don't have Scratch 1.4 so I can't confirm for certain).

I can check and I will update this post when I make sure (I have a mac with 2.0, and a mac with 1.x near me)
Edit: 2.0 still fails on my mac
Edit 2: 2.0 and 1.x I'm gonna test on one of my Win 7 machines
Edit 3: 1.x failed for unknown reason on that machine and 2.0 had same problem as my mac
Edit 4: 1.x failed for same thing on my Mavericks Mac
