this update is more broken than when you drop prince ruperts drop at the tail basically worse than iron deficiency kicking in when standing too fast

I updated the list to stop calling it new, as the update has been out for a while now, and many of the bugs are still relevant. I'll try to still maintain this list, but I do have other responsibilities to do.
