Fieldclan Dynamics!

Healer Hierarchy & Ranks
Since FieldClan doesn't believe in -Insert Starclan equivalent here- their ranking is entirely based on seniority, merit, and availability! YAY!
- The Prime Healer (Main Healer): The absolute head of medical operations. Because they carry the heaviest burden, they are strictly limited to one biological litter if they are a she-cat. This rule ensures they aren't stuck in the nursery when the Clan needs their expertise most.
- The Secondary Healer: The dedicated second-in-command. They handle daily treatments so the Prime Healer can manage major crises. Because they have slightly more flexibility, she-cats in this role are permitted up to two biological litters.
- Healer-Mates: Since they are allowed to have mates, FieldClan highly encourages healers to take a mate who is either a warrior or a dedicated “Nursery-Tom/Perma-Queen”. The mate is culturally expected to step up and handle the majority of the kit-rearing so the healer can return to their duties quickly

The “Duty First” Code (Clan Laws)

FieldClan values pragmatism over prophecy. Their rules regarding family planning are strictly enforced by the Clan Leader and the community:
- The Pregnancy Pause: A she-cat healer must formally announce her intent to try for a litter to the Leader and the other healer. This ensures that the Prime and Secondary healers never get pregnant at the same time.
- The Tom & Adoption Loophole: Toms and adoptive mothers have no kit limits because their bodies don't go through the physical toll of pregnancy. If a she-cat Prime Healer wants a huge family, she must adopt orphaned kits, take in rogue bundles, or rely on her mate to do the heavy lifting for adopted litters.
- The “Impact” Clause: If a healer's pregnancy or nursing duties severely impact the health of the Clan (e.g., they miss an outbreak of greencough because they are nesting), they can be forcibly demoted to a standard warrior or moved to an “Emeritus” role.

FieldClan Culture & Traditions

- The “Passing of the Herbs” Ceremony: When a Prime Healer decides it is time to have her one allowed litter, she temporarily hands her primary herb pouch to the Secondary Healer. The Secondary Healer becomes the acting Prime until the kits are apprenticed.
- Root-Kits: Kits born to healers are affectionately nicknamed “Root-Kits” by the Clan, as they literally grow up surrounded by the smell of drying roots and herbs in the medicine den.
- The Apprenticeship Trap: Because healer kits spend so much time around the medicine den while their mothers work, there is a cultural stereotype that a healer's kit will automatically want to be a healer. To prevent family bias, FieldClan law dictates that a healer’s biological kit cannot be apprenticed to their own parent. They must be mentored by the other healer or become a warrior first. (Becoming only a Healior if they can still perform warrior duties at full capacity)

The War Rules: Since reincarnated players cannot hurt the clans natively (unless given admin permission for a villain plot), their role in the massive three-way war is strictly defense, rescue, and utility. For example, during a battle, a friendly wolf player can't bite a NightClan cat, but they can stand in front of a wounded FieldClan apprentice and growl so fiercely that the NightClan cats are forced to retreat.

WARNING THIS WAS MADE WITH THE !!HELP!! OF AI

The Choice: Remembering vs. Forgetting

Option A: The Rememberer (The Old Soul)

The animal is born into the nursery but instantly retains all the memories, wisdom, and personality of their past cat life.
• The Roleplay Drama: Imagine a newborn baby fox opening its eyes in the FieldClan nursery, looking at the Prime Healer, and saying in a squeaky baby voice, “Hey, cotton-brain, you're using the wrong roots for that bellyache.”
• The Vibe: They act like an adult trapped in a baby animal's body. They know the territory layout, remember their old friends (and rivals), and naturally speak Cat fluently from the moment they can make sound.

Option B: The Blank Slate (The Natural Born)

The animal completely forgets their past life. They are just a normal, innocent baby animal who happens to naturally understand the Cat tongue.
• The Roleplay Drama: They genuinely believe they are a cat! A baby badger raised by a RiverClan queen might try to purr, attempt to groom its paws like a cat, and get incredibly confused about why its claws are so massive and why it grows three times faster than its nursery-mates.
• The Vibe: Pure comedy and fluff. They are fiercely loyal to the Clan that raised them because that is the only family they have ever known.
